Digital health solutionsin Egypt

Care that reaches people where they are.

Service locations, staffing and clinical scope are confirmed in your proposal.

Hospitalia is Egypt's integrated healthcare delivery partner for employers, insurers, TPAs and pharmaceutical companies.

Digital health extends care beyond the clinic wall. Hospitalia helps employers, insurers and pharmaceutical companies in Egypt design telemedicine access, remote follow-up and tailored platform capabilities around real patient and workforce journeys — with clinical governance built in from the start.

What a digital health program can include

01

Telemedicine access

Give employees, members or patients a defined remote consultation channel. Scope, specialties, hours and escalation to in-person care are agreed before launch.

02

Remote patient follow-up

Structure scheduled follow-up for chronic conditions or post-discharge patients, with clear documentation and referral pathways when a remote touchpoint is not enough.

03

Tailored platform capabilities

Where a program needs its own digital front door — booking, reminders, education content or reporting — Hospitalia scopes the capability around the program, not the other way around.

04

Program reporting

Agree the activity and engagement measures that matter to your organization, reported in aggregate with individual health data kept confidential.

What to clarify before you start

Remote has limits

Telemedicine complements in-person care; it does not replace physical examination where one is clinically needed. Escalation pathways are part of every program design.

Data protection by design

Patient data handling, consent and access controls are defined before launch and reviewed against applicable Egyptian requirements with qualified advisers.

Built for your program

Platform capabilities are scoped to the use case — an insurer's member follow-up program and a pharma PSP have different needs, and the design reflects that.

Common questions

What digital health solutions does Hospitalia offer?

Telemedicine access, remote patient follow-up and tailored platform capabilities for employers, insurers and pharmaceutical companies — scoped per program rather than sold as a fixed product.

Can telemedicine replace clinic visits?

No. Remote consultations suit many concerns, but clinical teams escalate to in-person assessment whenever a physical examination or procedure is needed.

Who uses the platform — our staff or yours?

Clinical delivery is provided by Hospitalia's professionals within the agreed scope. Access, branding and reporting arrangements are defined in the proposal.

How is patient data handled?

Data handling, consent and access controls are agreed before launch, with individual health information kept confidential and organizational reporting delivered in aggregate.

Can a digital program connect to on-ground services?

Yes — and it should. Remote touchpoints are designed to connect with home visits, on-site services or facility referrals when the patient needs them.

What is Hospitalia's full scope of services?

Hospitalia is Egypt's integrated healthcare delivery partner across four service lines: home healthcare (doctor visits, nursing, physiotherapy and elder care), corporate healthcare (on-site clinics, company doctors, employee screening, occupational health, pre-employment exams and vaccination programs), patient support programs for pharmaceutical companies (patient educators, home injection, adherence follow-up), and healthcare delivery partnerships for insurers and TPAs (home-care network, chronic disease management, post-discharge care).

Can one partner cover our employees, our members and our patients?

Yes. The same vetted network and clinical standards power all four service lines, so an employer, an insurer and a pharma team can each run their own program with one accountable partner — with separate scopes, consent flows and reporting per program.

Which governorates do your services cover?

Our network reaches across Egypt's governorates, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and the main industrial cities. Coverage for each site or member location is confirmed during program scoping.

Do your services replace health insurance?

No. Hospitalia delivers healthcare services; we are not an insurer, TPA or claims administrator. Our programs complement insurance by delivering prevention, primary care, home care and follow-up, while claims and policy administration stay with your organization.

How is patient and employee data handled across services?

Individual results stay confidential between the patient and the medical team. Employers, insurers and pharma partners receive aggregated, anonymised program reporting only, under consent and data-protection terms agreed before launch.

How do we get started with any service?

Request a proposal or partnership discussion. We assess your needs, agree the service mix, coverage and reporting format, then launch a scoped program — typically within weeks using our existing vetted network.
